Beyond Horizon Games Ltd runs this site. We are registered at Companies House in England & Wales, company number 15419632.

You can read, link to, quote and share anything on this site.

The text, images, video, logos and code here belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Copying the site wholesale, or putting our artwork into your own product, needs our permission first.

You may reproduce the screenshots, key art, gameplay clips and logo from our press kits when you write about or reference Beyond Horizon Games or our games. This covers channels and publications that carry advertising or are otherwise monetised.

Please keep the logo as supplied, and please do not use any of these assets to suggest we endorse a product, service or channel.

This covers our own material. Steam and the Steam logo belong to Valve, and Discord, X, Instagram and YouTube own their marks.

We take reasonable care over what we publish here, and we correct mistakes when we find them.

Release dates, system requirements and game details can change after we publish them. The Steam store page carries the current version of anything about the game, and Companies House carries the current version of anything about the company.

We link out to Steam, Discord, X, Instagram, YouTube, Companies House, the ICO and the Equality Advisory and Support Service. Following one puts you on their site under their terms. We have no control over what they publish.

Pressing play on the trailer loads a player from YouTube. Our privacy page covers what that means for your data.

Our Discord server is a community space we run on Discord's platform. Discord's terms and community guidelines apply there, alongside the rules pinned in the server.

We can remove posts and remove people. Discord requires members to be 13 or older.

This site is promotional. It tells you about the studio and our games.

We do not take responsibility for decisions you make on the strength of what is here, or for anything you reach by following a link.

We reserve our rights in everything on this site, including for text and data mining, AI training and other automated analysis.

Under UK law the exception is section 29A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, which covers non-commercial research by someone with lawful access. We also reserve our rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

Anything else needs a licence from us.

English law applies to this site and to these terms. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
